Q: WHAT TIME IS THE DOOR?
A: Doors Open at 9PM. We go until 3am. Oh yes, we do!
Q: I BOUGHT A TICKET on TICKETWEB - NOW WHAT?
A: When you order tickets on TICKETWEB, they are sent to you via email usually 48 hours before the event. No need to print unless you will not have your phone. Our friendly staff will take care of you. Be sure to line up in the TICKET HOLDER'S LINE (there will be signs and people directing you). At the top of the ramp, near the club’s entrance, Cherry Bomb team members and MOD CLUB Staff will be scanning your tickets. They will then put wristbands on you to show to our door team inside and head on in to the dancefloor! BRING Govt ID for the venue security, to prove legal drinking age.
Please have your phone on Max Brightness for the door crew to scan your ticket!

The New ModClub Bag/ Backpack Policy:
For everyone’s safety, security and enjoyment, we ask you to only bring small clutches, belt bags, fanny-packs or bags that are clear (i.e. see-through) to allow us to safely and efficiently screen and welcome fans into the event. The maximum allowable bag size is 12” x 6” x 12” (30cm x 15cm x 30cm), including purses. ANY BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. All event attendees and items will be subject to search when entering the venue.

Q: THERE ARE NO MORE ADVANCE TICKETS; CAN I STILL GET IN?
A: While we can’t guarantee space for everyone who did not buy in advance , we do have space at the door for non-ticket-holders. These spots are subject to capacity and are available on a first come, first served basis. The MOD CLUB's staff must also ensure there is enough space available for ticket-holders. While we cannot tell you exactly how many people paying cover at the door will get in throughout the night, we can tell you that last year EVERYONE who waited in line did get in (250+ people), with varying amounts of wait time.
We strongly recommend arriving by or before the time doors open (9pm) for your best chance of getting in with a shorter wait time. (Insider tip: another good time to arrive without an advance ticket is 12:30/1am. The party goes to 3am.)
Note that you cannot pay cover/present your ticket at the door, and then leave and come back. There are no ins and outs! Cover at the door will be $40. Please bring cash. There is an ATM onsite .
Q: CAN I COME EARLY, GET A STAMP/WRISTBAND AND COME BACK LATER?
A: *Sorry, NO Ins and Outs. No Exceptions *. Smokers and those needing some fresh air will have access to an enclosed outdoor Patio area.

Q: MY FRIEND WANTS TO COME. ARE CIS AND TRANS MEN WELCOME?
A YES! We are an inclusive event, and welcome EVERYONE who is respectful and wants to celebrate Pride with us! It is a 19+ licensed club event with valid Government I.D. No exceptions.
Q: I GOT TICKETS, BUT MY FRIEND WANTS TO COME and didn't get tickets. Can they enter with me and pay at the door?
A: NO. Only ticketholders can be in the Ticketholders Line. Non Ticket Holders are permitted to enter subject to capacity, from a separate line . No exceptions.

Q: IS MOD CLUB WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
A: YES. The first floor is fully accessible, with a ramp for mobility devices and an accessible washroom on the main floor. There is also an elevator in the building that goes to the mezzanine / upper floor. Please ask an THE MOD CLUB security / staff person for access to this elevator.
Q: ARE WASHROOMS ALL-GENDER?
A: YES. All of them.
Q: COAT CHECK and ATMs?
A: Yes. Right after you walk in, in the club’s entrance / foyer. NO BACKPACKS, PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS! BACKPACKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED INSIDE THE VENUE, OR THE COATCHECK.

Q: SMOKERS?
A: There is a smoking patio area directly outside The Mod Club . No cannabis smoking allowed inside or on the Mod Club patio.
Q: WHAT ARE THE SECURITY POLICIES AT MOD CLUB?
A: MOD CLUB has a zero tolerance policy for drugs and weapons. Regardless of our personal views around recreational drugs, as promoters we are renting the space and must comply with their policies. As such, every attendee's BAGS ONLY will be searched, and ANY drugs, vapes, glass bottles, alcohol etc. will be removed. PLEASE TRAVEL LIGHT SO YOU DO NOT HOLD UP THE LINE . There ARE NO BACKPACKS ALLOWED .
REGARDLESS OF HAVING A TICKET, BACKPACKS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE VENUE. (NEW MOD CLUB POLICY). PLEASE TELL YOUR FRIENDS .

Q: WHAT DO I DO IF I SEE SOMEONE PASSING OUT / TOO DRUNK?
A: Please help us help them by notifying their friends, Cherry Bomb staff, Security and/or by providing water, as the situation may call for. In case of a medical emergency, please notify security, MOD CLUB staff, and/or the Emergency Medical Services person on standby, to the left of the front entrance. There is *always* an EMS person at MOD CLUB, ready if needed., as well as *Naloxone kits. (*What is Naloxone? Naloxone is a medicine that rapidly reverses an opioid overdose. It attaches to opioid receptors and reverses and blocks the effects of other opioids. Naloxone is a safe medicine. It only reverses overdoses in people with opioids in their systems. )
